Terms of service
Last updated: March 24, 2026
Welcome to Alchemy of Self. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Alchemy of Self’s websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Alchemy of Self (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Service is offered at alchemyofself.ai and related domains.
Contact: support@consulting.com — or use /support.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Alchemy of Self provides a structured, self-guided experience (including questions, exercises, uploads where available, and generated materials) intended for personal reflection and learning. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your place of residence. We have not set a fixed minimum age or regional eligibility rule in this version of the Terms; mandatory laws where you live (including rules about minors and digital contracts) may still apply and are not waived where the law does not allow.
You agree that registration information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@consulting.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security or integrity of the Service.
4. Not professional advice
The Service is not medical, mental health, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice. It does not create a clinician–patient, therapist–client, or similar relationship. If you are in crisis or need professional help, contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your area.
5. AI-generated content
Some outputs are produced using automated systems, including artificial intelligence (see our Privacy policy). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are solely responsible for how you interpret or rely on any content from the Service.
6. Your content and license to us
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit (“Your Content”). You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
You grant Alchemy of Self a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, and create derivative outputs from Your Content solely as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service for you and other users (including generating personalized materials). We do not use Your Content to train generalized public AI models; processing is for operating the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not submit unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content, or content that violates others’ privacy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities; bypass security; or access data or accounts without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or our providers’ infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
- Upload malware or use the Service to send spam or deceptive communications.
We may investigate and take appropriate action for violations.
8. Subscriptions, fees, and third-party checkout
Paid access or memberships may be processed by third-party platforms (for example Whop). Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds may be governed by that platform’s terms and policies in addition to these Terms. We do not control those platforms’ payment flows.
If your access is revoked (for example, due to non-payment or chargeback), your ability to use the Service may end until access is restored.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding, design, and our materials (excluding Your Content), is owned by Alchemy of Self or our licensors. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those jurisdictions, disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR, IF NO FEES APPLIED, ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100)).
These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alchemy of Self and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content or your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms, risk to security, legal requirements, or extended inactivity, where permitted.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
14. Governing law; disputes
We have not named a governing law, exclusive venue, or dispute forum in these Terms yet (for example, pending final choice of operating entity and jurisdiction). Mandatory consumer and other laws in your country or region may apply to you and cannot be limited by these Terms where the law does not permit.
For informal resolution, contact us at support@consulting.com or /support. We may update this section when our operating structure is finalized.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Alchemy of Self regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
